I created this photo manipulation of a Thomas Kinkade painting for the Something Awful forums. The theme was selected because of Kinkade’s less-then-genuine approach to selling “originals” to make more money. It was featured in the “Paintings of Light II” Photoshop Phriday.
Two advanced Adobe Photoshop tutorials that I wrote were published in this book in 2006. One was how to create a stormy, rainy scene out of a normal daytime photo, and the second was customizing brushes to create a water spray effect. The book is a compilation of selected tutorials made by the Worth 1000 community of photo manipulators. The book is available in stores and online.
